Help Desk
The DHERST Student Help Desk seeks to assist and support Grade 12 School Leavers and post-secondary registered students when using the National Online Higher and Technical Education Student System (usually referred to as the National Online Application System or the NOAS). Provincial guidance officers, school principals, teachers and parents are also encouraged to utilize the Help Desk resources for guidance and support.
The Help Desk is located physically at the Ground Floor of the Aopi Center at Waigani, Port Moresby where Helpdesk staff are on support duty from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
