Project Management Framework

The department has introduced a system to improve project management and implementation both at the department and project level.  The project management system comprises project templates to be used by the department and implementing institution.

Projects are managed through four phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure phase.  The project templates are used throughout the project phases.
