Development Projects

Physical infrastructure development projects under the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology are funded through the Public Investment Program (PIP) of the PNG government.  The PIP is an initiative to improve the physical Infrastructure, teaching and learning resources to address access and quality in the Higher and Technical Education Sector.
